Christina Akasha is a singer, songwriter and poet originally from Hungary. She began singing and learning rap lyrics at a very young age. She later discovered her talent for songwriting at the age of 9-10 when she started taking piano lessons. Music has always been a huge part of her life and she was inspired by various artists such as Whitney Houston, Michael Jackson, Beyonce, Destiny's Child, Aaliyah, Lisa 'Left Eye' Lopes, Eve, Eminem, Adele and Amy Winehouse.
Christina Akasha sang in the gospel choir and enjoyed acting/putting on shows. At the age of 14 she won several singing contests in and out of school. She later went on to apply to a Jazz Conservatory in Budapest to perfect her craft. The school was reluctant to accept her application since she was the youngest student there, but they finally let her join after her successful audition and she spent 2 years there until the school unfortunately closed its doors. After her final exam at the Jazz Conservatory, she began working with a producer and recorded several original songs at his studio, 2 of which were released on digital platforms and received good reviews.
